We educate children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 — covering the full Key Stage 2 phase of primary education. Children typically join us at age 7 and leave at age 11, ready for secondary school.

We are committed to ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive. Our SEND provision is overseen by our dedicated SENCo, and we work closely with parents, carers and outside agencies to put the right support in place. We also benefit from the on-site Boldmere Resource Base, which provides specialist support for pupils with additional needs.
What is your transition process from infant to junior school?
We work closely with Boldmere Infant & Nursery School to make the move to junior school as smooth and positive as possible. Transition activities take place in the summer term, giving children the chance to visit, meet their new teachers and familiarise themselves with their new surroundings before they start in September.
